Head piece for use the Powered Air Purifying Respirator Draeger X-plore 8000 and the Air Line System Draeger X-plore 9300. The hood is made from a light weight, soft, low-noise material. It has a good, stable and comfortable fit even when user is moving due to optimized design. The spacer on top of the visor gives the visor a defined curvature and therefor low distortion. The hood offers complete protection for head, face and neck area and is suitable for people wearing glasses and beards. The long hood features a double layer bib. If necessary, the lower layer of the bib can be put into the protective clothing. The hoods themselves are approved according to EN 166:2002-04. In combination with Draeger X-plore 8000 approved according to EN 12941: 2009, protection level TH3. In combination with Draeger X-plore 9300 approved according to EN 14594:2005.
